Job Description

Arfada is a Turkish consultancy firm based in Gaziantep, Turkey that provides third party monitoring and evaluation services in Turkey and MENA for humanitarian response projects **

Description of the role:

ARFADA has finalized its registration in the region (Turkey, Syria) after being founded by experts who have years of experience in this sector. Therefore, we are looking for Coordinator who have experience in this field to support its business development initiatives and to draft TPM and research proposals in the region.

Expected skills and qualifications:

  • Advanced language skills in English, speaking and writing (Arabic and Turkish are highly desirable but not a must)
  • Advanced master’s degree in a related field: social sciences, English language, MBA, migration and development studies, international relations, etc. (desirable)
  • At least two year of experience in a related sector (desirable)
  • High communication and business development skills (must)
  • Strong research skills (desirable)
  • Preferable M&E and research experience in the Middle East (desirable) or any other context
  • Have an excellent understanding of the development or humanitarian sector
  • Good knowledge or related experience in the MENA region
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong writing and editorial skills for businesses development purposes
  • Design and market mapping skills (preferable)
  • Reporting and emailing skills
